Nujabes Eternal Soul

去る2010年2月26日、hydeout productionsの主宰であるnujabesは不慮の事故により
天国へと旅立ちました。
彼は、現代の音楽業界の流れとは裏腹に宣伝活動を行わず、純粋に音＝作品のリリース
のみで世界中のリスナーから絶大な支持を得た稀代のプロデューサーでした。
Nujabesがこれまで世に送り出した数々の楽曲は、自由な精神と独創性に溢れ
聴く人の感情を揺るがすような至高の領域にまで高まっていたと思います。
そして2011年の12月にはnujabesが生前制作を進め温め続けて来た3rd album
「spiritual state」が、Uyama Hirotoとレーベルによって完成されリリースされました。
その作品を通じてより深くnujabesの音楽や意思を感じて頂ければと思います。
またこれからも彼の音楽が皆さんの心に鳴り響く事を願って、そして彼の意志が
これからも受け継がれていく様に２周忌の追悼イベントを開催します。

2011年3月11日の東日本大震災が起こってから約4ヶ月が過ぎようとしています。

僕たちはこの大きな地震の後、Youtubeにひとつの音楽をアップしました。
それは少しでも被災地の方々や、復興を応援する方々の安らぎや
勇気になればという切実な願いからでした。
その１つのテーマを持って生まれた音楽から広がるクリエイションで
チャリティーを一過性のものにするのではなく、Uyama Hirotoによる
One Day（Prayer for Love and Peace）を発端とし、多くの人々と
同じ意識を共有しながら被災地の復興に協力・貢献したいと思い
Tシャツを制作することとなりました。

このTシャツを制作するにあたり、生前のnujabesがそのブランドの
放つ世界観に魅せられ、hydeoutの別注アイテムの制作や
IZREELのコレクションの音楽を担当する等、公私ともに親交の厚く
信頼関係にあったIZREELのデザイナーである高倉さんに協力いただき
今回のチャリティーTシャツが実現しました。

アートワークはyoutubeへアップされている
One Day（Prayer for Love and Peace）から引き続き
hydeoutのジャケットの数々、そしてnujabes feat.Shing02
「Luv(sic) Part4」のジャケットアートワークも手がけてくださった
FJDの藤田さんが担当してくださいました。

まだまだ被災地では苦しく辛い状況が続いていますが、これからも
僕たちは、この震災に立ち向かい前を向いて生きていかなくては
いけません。
この尊いひとつの作品を通じて、一人一人の思いが未来の希望に
繋がることを切に願っています。
